Patti LuPone via last.fm

Wie vor ein paar Wochen erwähnt (zum Artikel gehts –> hier) schreibt Musicaldiva Patti LuPone gerade an einem Buch über ihre Theaterkarriere, und weil ein Buchtitel ja nicht ganz unwesentlich ist für den Erfolg, hat sie sich gedacht: Viele Köche verfeinern den Brei, frage ich doch mal meine Fans, wie ich das Buch nennen könnte. Den Aufruf startete sie auf ihrer Website, 1000 Vorschläge landeten im Mail-Postfach der Musicaldarstellerin, und nun hat sie sich auch schon entschieden. Das Ergebnis ist, wie soll mans sagen, etwas unspektakulär. LuPone wird das Werk einfach “Patti LuPone: A Memoir” nennen.

Dabei gab es auch durchaus kreative Vorschläge wie:

- “Mein Kampf” (diesen Vorschlag musste die Diva allerdings wieder von ihrer Site löschen mit folgender Begründung: “Ginny, I thought it was funny but I had to remove it. It offended people. Love, Patti”)
