Am vergangenen Wochenende wurden in New York die diesjährigen Drama Desk Awards verliehen. Im Musicalbereich konnten “South Pacific” (5 Awards), “Passing Strange” (3 Awards), “Gypsy” (3 Awards), “Xanadu” (1 Award), “Sunday in the Park with George” (1 Award), “Cry Baby” (1 Award) und “Rude Awakening” (1 Award) punkten.
